Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, compatibility, or any non-defective reasons.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at xenra.help@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Cases submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement review.

There are no restocking fees and return shipping is free for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Damages and Issues

Refunds
